They can screw up the bank cards after months of prep. Not only that they took the time to redo the hours on the door but didn't on the website? After all this they want to please the government by offering info to them at 40 percent less than required by law. Monday I am switching banks

False information given when trying to review my account status. They choose whether your information is valid or not, but there not you. Doesn't make any sense. Had friends who had overdraft fees they paid & the bank had no prior knowledge of where the fees came from. Just too much to go through when it comes to recieveing & saving your own money in a bank. I honestly recommend any bank except this one
