What a great experience! I had my old mountain bike in the repair shop 8 months ago and the shop did an incredible job. They fixed the bad repair / maintenance job that another bike shop did, that is near my home! Today, I was in the area and purchased a new road bike from them and I have never had a bike shop pay such attention to detail, and fit the bike to me so perfectly.
As a first time visitor, I was blown away by the attentive customer service at this shop. Betty, Alvin’s sister, was invaluable showing me bikes and especially reviewing fit. I’m a 58 year old out of shape female looking for a road bike I can ride with the local bike club. She took all my concerns into consideration and gave the BEST bike recommendation ever. I highly recommend this shop to others, no matter what your level.

I brought in a bike to get serviced and ended up leaving with a new bike and still got my bike serviced. I really enjoyed my experience at the bike shop. I would recommend it my friends and family.
FYI – The shop is Amish owned therefore a phone call isn’t a normal part of their day!
Alvin from the shop gave us directions from town, VIA bicycle. He also must have forgotten to mention the range of elevations, as he knew we had just rode a few hundred miles across southern Ohio on an old flat rail road track.
