I cannot recommend this place. One of the apparent managers fixing the food was ignoring the next prep cook in line and literally throwing people's food a few feet into the staging area. They seem to have absolutely no regard for the food they are shoveling out.
Dirty, items not stocked,you actually have to take a number to your seat because they were behind on orders while there was plenty of people working. Everyone had to ask for things missing from there orders. Pop was flat. I would give it minus stars if I could.
Seriously! Can't order whats on the sign in the drive thru and then have to wait 10 minutes on sandwiches.. not cool
I suppose I shouldn't be surprised though. I didn't learn my lesson six months ago, I guess, when I ordered a triple cheeseburger and received a double with three slices of cheese. Twice. Training seems nonexistent here, ad absurdium.
Took 15 minutes to get my order. I did not think to order a coffee, and was not offered one as an upsell. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I realized it had been entered wrong. I had ordered a big breakfast, and when asked, told the clerk I did not want hot cakes. When order was received, I had hotcakes and sausage. If the food had been a decent temperature, I could have overlooked that. The sausage gravy was not nearly hot enough, which gave me pause: if the food that's literally kept hot isn't hot, what does that say about the rest of the food?
Although they were a bit busy, they could not keep up with the reasonable number of customers. Of course, there were another three employees doing things not related to serving food, but the manager seemed to not have any grasp on how staffing works during times of high traffic.
Absolutely the worst I've ever been to. Half been here half an hour waiting on order and have witnessed 90 percent of orders taken before me come back because they were WRONG.
