The poor customer service that existed under the previous ownership apparently hasn't changed one bit. Between employees who do not know or adhere to company policies to management who are unskilled in handing customer service issues, I fear that E&H Ace Hardware will not last long in Millersburg. I know that my family won't shop there again. ADDED: LOL at the store employees giving the business 5-stars. Biased any?
Its a nice store with nice employees
Called in asking if they had a miter saw got transferred to 3 different people that didn't know what that was. Made it simpler by saying a chop saw and still got the same answer. I decided to go myself walked right in and found one.
Staff is always helpful in finding what I need... Won't find customer service like this at Home Depot / Lowes
Locally owned and always has what I need. Also has a rental service
