Good service and knowledgeable sales staff. It’s even better now that they carry most of the Traeger pellets. Great place for fireplaces, grills and accessories.
Horrible service!!! My In laws bought a fire place here. It was suppose to be brand new. After it was installed it looks to be the floor model. There are scratches all over it inside and out. The brick on the inside dont seem to line up as if it wasnt made for it. My father in law called a number of times to talk to them about it and they would not return his call. Waste of time and money. Would Never recommend!
Excellent service. They were out of stock for the part I needed so they took the part that I needed off of another stove so I would not have to drive the hour back. Great job. I'll be back for sure.
