They promised my Papers for my dog 1 month ago. I keep calling every week and the man in charge now keeps telling me we will get them out tomorrow. 1 month they have done this to me. Now I will mention before I bought the puppy for my son I asked if it was AKC papered they told me yes. Well I go to find out the pup is not. I never her of the registry. These factors will never let me go back there. The man who retired and Passed away who ran the place for years was great.
Our Golden Retriever puppy we bought in May 2017 is healthy and fun. The young lady at the pet shoppe was sweet, informative and very knowledgeable by being able to answer all of our questions before we purchased our puppy. Would by from again.

I purchased a White Maltese. He was the best purchase every. We are 70 years old and he keeps us laughing all day.. So much fun and a very loving dog. Would definitely buy another dog from Berlin if I was in the market again. I would give them more than five stars.
