Yes, it was somewhat busy when we placed our order (inside, for carry-out) but 25 minutes to make 2 burgers is ridiculous. By the time we got our food, our blizzards were soup. Very disappointed.
I've been here 2 times since it relocated, and can honestly say it's some of the worst fast food I've ever eaten. The hamburgers are like cardboard, the cheese is not melted and is cold, and the pickles on the burger were probably 1 month too old, they had the consistency of snot.
Ever seen the movie "Waiting"? I would not recommend going here. Ever.

There are 5 star resturants that are faster than this place. Took half hour to get a couple of baskets a chicken strips.
